The roller grill is perfect for cooking sausages, wraps, pizza rolls and other products with an oblong round shape. The rollers automatically rotate once the appliance is turned on and then the sausages on the roller grill can look after themselves. They are constantly turned by the rotating rollers. This means you don’t have to stand and constantly monitor the cooking process.
The roller grill is available in many different sizes, both in terms of width and number of rollers. It is available in models with 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 rolls. So there’s a good chance you’ll find a roller grill that fits in your kitchen or business. Capacities range from nine sausages (18-21 cm) per plate on the smallest roller grill to 65 sausages (18-21 cm) per plate on the largest.
You can get different types of rollers; stainless steel or Teflon-coated rollers. You also have the option of having oval rollers fitted. They are great for products such as wraps and curved sausages that are difficult to turn on regular round rollers.

The roller grill is – depending on its size – equipped with one or two heating zones. If you choose a machine with two heating zones, you can cook on one zone at a higher heat and keep the sausages warm at a lower heat on the other zone. This gives great flexibility and less food waste. The temperature is easy to adjust using the regulator on the front of the machines. The step scale on the regulator makes it easy to set the temperature according to whether you need to clean, keep warm, cook or preheat.
The roller grill gives you easy access to the product, and the appliance is also easy to clean, so you can maintain a high standard of hygiene in your grill bar or shop. At the same time, the roller grill is also good for presenting food products in a nice and inviting way, which can create additional sales at, for example, gas stations and convenience stores where customers come to buy other goods.
