The Rototoaster heats your burger buns and gives them a crispy caramelization on the cutting surface. It has been developed specifically for heating burger buns. It’s really good at it – and quite fast. The Rototoaster heats and caramelizes half burger buns. The cutting surface of the burger bun faces inwards towards the heating elements, and thus the bun is toasted on the cutting surface, and at the same time warm on the outside. This means that you get a bun that is deliciously soft on the outside and crispy and toasted on the cutting surface. When the bun is toasted, the sugar in the burger bun caramelizes. The biggest advantage of caramelisation is that it prevents the dressing and liquid from the other foods you put in the burger from seeping into the bun and making the bun moist.
The Rototoaster toasts a bun of approx. 30 seconds. As soon as a bun has disappeared into the machine, you can put a new one in. Two powerful heating elements ensure that the burger buns are thoroughly heated in a very short time, even if you run a lot of burger buns through the machine.
