Efficient and consistent toasting/caramelization
A Vertical Bun Toaster is a compact and efficient solution for fast and consistent toasting/caramelization of burger buns in professional fast food kitchen environments. The machine is designed for countertop placement at an ergonomic working height and is easily operated from the front, making it ideal for busy QSR environments.
The toaster operates with a vertical feed system, where the buns are placed directly onto the heated surface and toasted evenly on the cut side. This ensures consistent caramelization/toasting and optimal texture – a crispy surface with a soft interior.
With adjustable temperature and precise time control, the toasting can be adapted to different bun types and desired results. The temperature can be adjusted up to approximately 250°C, providing great flexibility in production.
Ease of use is a priority, with digital controls, programmable timers (P1/P2), and a clear display that ensures consistent results – even with changing staff.
The machine is designed for continuous operation with a focus on reliability and easy cleaning. Removable crumb trays and smooth surfaces make it quick to maintain in a busy daily operation.
Service
The models are built with a more stable and robust construction, while also being easier to service if needed. There is easy access to the electronics behind a panel that can be easily unscrewed.
