The automatic raising/lowering system makes operating your fryer easier and safer. You avoid coming into close contact with the frying oil when cooking food, and you don’t have to remember to get the food out of the oil, as the raising/lowering system takes care of that for you.
The automatic raising/lowering system gives you a wide range of benefits. Firstly, it saves you time and labor. Previously, you had to manually monitor the time during your frying to achieve perfect results. With our automated system, everything is done for you at the touch of a button. You can now focus on other important tasks in the kitchen while the system raises and lowers the fry baskets precisely and at the right time.
Programming
- The system allows you to program from one basket up to four baskets independently in a double fryer.
- The basket is hung on the hanger and when the desired program is pressed, the basket is automatically lowered into the oil. When the pre-programmed time is reached, the basket is lifted out of the oil. The basket hangs on the hanger and drips off until it's time to serve the food.
Work environment and ergonomics
- Our automatic raising/lowering system is also an ergonomic choice. This minimizes the risk of injury associated with heavy lifting and repetitive movements. With this system, you can avoid unnecessary strain and injury while creating a safe working environment for your staff.
The raising/lowering system is available for all FKI FRYER ADVANCED floor models.
