Efficient and consistent toasting/caramelization
A Horizontal Bun Toaster is a compact and efficient solution for fast and consistent toasting/caramelization of burger buns in professional fast food kitchen environments. The machine is designed for countertop placement at an ergonomic working height and is easily operated from the front, making it ideal for busy QSR environments.
The toaster uses a horizontal bun placement system, where the buns are placed in direct contact with the heated plate at the top of the machine. This ensures even toasting/caramelization on the cut surface, resulting in a consistent finish and optimal texture – a crispy surface with a soft interior.
With adjustable temperature and precise time control, the toasting process can be adapted to different bun types and desired results. The temperature can be regulated up to approximately 250°C, providing great flexibility in production.
