Sausage warmer
FKI sausage cookers/warmers can be used for heating sausages, but also for heating and warming-keeping sauces, soups, and the like. A sausage warmer is easy to operate and the optimal heating and warming-keeping equipment for sausages. The cooking equipment keeps the food hot without boiling the sausages, the soup, etc.
The sausage warmers are found in several different models, which you can see below. There are many opportunities to find a model that fits your heating/warming-keeping needs and one that at the same time fits into the space you have available in the hotdog stand, fast-food shop or where you need the appliance.
The sausage warmers are available as countertop models and built-in models. This allows you to find a model that fits your needs even better. Also, there are two different types of lid; a sliding lid and a tilting lid. The best choice for you depends on your workflows and personal preferences. The CL models are water baths with an outside vat that you pour clean water in, and an inner vat that you use for the actual food product. You can either heat directly in an inner vat or fill in water with spices or the like, if you want to add extra flavor to the sausages.
Temperature setting is done using the thermostat on the front of the vat, it is easy and you can regulate the temperature depending on the product you want to heat.
On the front is also a power switch, as well as a drain tap which is used to empty water from the outer vat. The inner vat can easily be lifted out and washed, ensuring that the hygiene is in order. The inner vat can be washed in the dishwasher.
As mentioned above, the sausage warmers/cooking equipment with inner vats can be used to heat other foods than sausages, such as soups, sauces, or similar foods.
