Sausage grill
Sausage grills are indispensable equipment if you want to serve hot and crispy sausages to your customers. Whether it is in the hotdog stand, grill bar/fast-food shop or at the gas station, it is important to have the correct equipment. Sausage grills can be fitted in most places, both if the space is cramped, but also if you need a lot of cooking capacity. We have a wide range of standard sizes, and we also make customized solutions. The smallest sausage grill can have 25 sausages (18-21 cm) on the grill at the same time, the largest can handle 80 sausages on the grill at a time.
FKI sausage grills are available both as table models and built-in models. The built-in models provide a nice overall solution and ergonomically good working height. In addition, we have two variants of the table model. One variant has an angled front and the other has a vertical front.
A FKI sausage grill is robust and easy to clean, and you get a sausage grill that can last for many years. At the same time. it is easy to operate, ensuring that your employees can use the equipment.

The built-in models are equipped with a blocker that seeks to prevent the temperature from reaching approx. 150 °C. This ensures that the grill surface does not get too hot, as it may cause a possible imbalance in the surface. With the blocker device, you are sure that the grill surface does not twist and causes that the sausage grill no longer fit properly into the cut-out hole in the countertop.
Sausage grills are available with two or three heating zones, depending on the size of the appliance. The heating zones are placed either right/left/center divided or front and rear. The heating zones can be adjusted with separate temperatures, and this offers more options. For example, you can use the one heating zone to cook the sausages and the other zone to keep them warm afterwards. Or you can use the heating zones for different types of sausages that require different cooking temperatures. Heating degrees are easily adjusted using thermostat regulators. It takes about 30 minutes for the sausage grill to warm up.
