Eikon® e2s is an efficient high-speed oven that takes up very little space and is ideal for cafés, kiosks, snack bars, bistros or other places where space is at a premium.
Eikon® e2s is ideal for preparing, reheating, toasting, baking a wide variety of products such as panini, wraps, pizzas and sandwiches.
This model is with a classic stainless steel cabinet.

Installation information
- Place the oven away from other major heat sources
- Place the oven on a surface designed to support weight
- There must be at least 50 mm of free air on all sides to allow air to circulate around the oven
- Make sure there is enough space in front of the oven for the oven door to open fully
