Griddle GP

The new Griddle GP series is a powerful grill plate with Swissply pan technology, which provides an optimal heat distribution and efficient heat transfer, and this ensures a perfect frying of the food. Griddle GP is available in two different widths and with two different temperature control technologies. GP Standard has electronic temperature control and GP Manual is controlled by a thermostat.

Griddle GP is equipped with large side-mounted fat trays, making it easy to always keep the frying surface clean while using the machine.
