Code of Ethical Business Conduct for FKI employees, managers and directors “What we promise“
At FKI A/S, we always strive to act with the highest degree of integrity and to live up to the highest ethical standards.
FKI always complies with applicable law in all aspects of its business practices and conduct.
This FKI Code of Conduct shall be considered the applicable guidelines for all company employees, officers, directors and others acting on behalf of FKI.
The Code of Conduct contains the ethical rules that FKI has established for the conduct of its employees in the performance of their duties, as well as lists the legal requirements that employees undertake to comply with.
If an employee experiences situations that violate this Code of Conduct, has doubts or concerns, he/she can contact the Managing Director.

Any employee who violates the standards described in the Code of Conduct, or who is found to have engaged in retaliation against an employee for reporting in good faith a violation of FKI’s Code of Conduct, may be subject to employment consequences.
The Code of Conduct shall promote:
- Honest and ethical behavior, including ethical handling of conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships
- Compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Personal accountability, by adhering to the Code of Conduct framework when working for FKI
- Immediate reporting to the CEO in case of violation of the Code of Conduct
Code of conduct for FKI’s business partners “What we expect“
FKI strives to promote decent working and environmental conditions in our value chain. This Code of Conduct should be seen as a reflection of what we expect from our business partners. The code is based on the UN Charter on Human Rights, Labor Rights, Environment and Corruption.
Once this Code of Conduct has been presented to a business partner, it is comparable to a contract-like document and shall be considered part of any agreement concluded between FKI and the specific business partner.
A business partner must be able to document compliance with the Code of Conduct upon FKI’s request. In case of a breach of the Code of Conduct, corrective action must be taken within a reasonable time. An agreement/contract with FKI will only be terminated in case of gross violations or if the business partner is not willing to correct the breach.
