General accessories
Accessories to facilitate the use and cleaning of contact grills, griddles and sausage grills.
Pallet knife:
Used for flipping patties.
Scrapers:
Used to scrape frying fat off the pans and into the grease hole in the machine. It's easier to get a good cooking result without too much fat on the pans, and cleaning is easier when there is no burnt-on fat on the pans.
Steel sponge:
Facilitates cleaning of the pans so they are ready to use again.
