On top of the vat is a transparent plastic container without a bottom and with a divider and lid. You place the sausages in the container and the steam from the lower vat cooks the sausages.<\/p>\n<p>You drain the water from the lower tub using the drain tap located on the front of the equipment. The top container can be easily lifted off and cleaned.<\/p>\n<p>The equipment can easily fit into the space you have available.
