Code of Ethical Corporate Conduct for FKI’s Employees, managers and directors “What we promise”<\/h3>\n

At FKI A\/S, we always strive to act with the highest degree of integrity and to live up to the highest ethical standards.<\/p>\n

FKI always complies with applicable legislation in all aspects of the company’s practices and conduct.<\/p>\n

This FKI Code of Conduct shall be regarded as applicable guidelines for all of the company’s employees, managers, directors and others acting on behalf of FKI.<\/p>\n

The Code of Conduct sets out the ethical rules FKI has established for its employees’ conduct in carrying out their work duties, as well as the legal requirements employees are committed to complying with.<\/p>\n

If an employee encounters situations that conflict with this Code of Conduct, or has doubts or concerns, he\/she can contact the Managing Director.<\/p>\n

There is also the option to contact the company’s employee representative or safety representative.<\/p>\n

Any employee who violates the standards set out in this Code of Conduct, or who is found to have been involved in retaliation against an employee who, in good faith, has raised concerns about a violation of FKI’s Code of Conduct, may be subject to employment-related consequences.<\/p>\n

The Code of Conduct shall promote:<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships<\/li>\n
  • Compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations<\/li>\n
  • Personal accountability, by adhering to the standards of conduct set out in the Code of Conduct when working for FKI<\/li>\n
  • Immediate reporting to the Managing Director in the event of a violation of the Code of Conduct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Code of conduct for FKI’s business partners “What we expect”<\/h3>\n

    FKI strives to promote proper working and environmental conditions throughout our value chain. This Code of Conduct should be regarded as a reflection of what we expect from our business partners. The code is based on the UN charter on human rights, labour rights, the environment and corruption. <\/p>\n

    Once this Code of Conduct has been presented to a business partner, it is comparable to a contract-like document and shall be regarded as part of any agreement entered into between FKI and the specific business partner.<\/p>\n

    A business partner must be able to document compliance with the Code of Conduct at FKI’s request. In the event of a violation of the Code of Conduct, corrective action must be taken within a reasonable time. An agreement\/contract with FKI will only be terminated in the event of serious violations, or if the business partner is unwilling to correct the breach. <\/p>\n
