IDEAL FOR HEATING AND KEEPING SAUSAGES WARM

The steamer is used for heating sausages without actually boiling the products. When steaming the sausage the taste will stay in the sausage instead of getting into the water. The thermostat on the front of the vat makes operating the product easy, and you can adjust the temperature in the vat to fit the specific product you need to keep warm.

The steamer consist of a lower vat that you fill with fresh water. On top of the vat is a transparent plastic container without bottom and with a divider and a lid. You place the sausages in the container and steam from the lower vat cook the sausages.

You empty the water off the lower vat through the draining tap on the front of the equipment. It is easy to lift off and clean the top container.

The equipment can easily fit into the space you have available. The cooking equipment is made of stainless steel and fully welded with rounded edges and of plastic approved for use in the food industry.

The transparent container allows a good view of the food as it becomes more visible and appetizing.
