EFFICIENT HEATING AND KEEPING MEAT PATTIES IN GRAVY ETC. WARM

The cooking equipment is used for heating of meat patties in brine/gravy, sauces, soups or the like, without actually boiling the products. The thermostat on the front of the vat makes operating the product easy, and you can adjust the temperature in the vat to fit the specific product you need to keep warm.

The CL models are made as a water bath with an outer vat that you fill with fresh water and an inner vat where you cook or keep the products warm.

You empty the outer vat using the draining tap on the front of the equipment, and you easily remove the inner vat to clean it or put it in the dishwasher.

The equipment can easily fit into small spaces. The cooking equipment is made of stainless steel and fully welded with rounded edges.
